SETTING UP

The concept was created in Geneva back in 1997 by four partners having a deep professional experience of beer and food. Since then, five restaurants opened their doors in Geneva, Lausanne, Neuchâtel, Nyon, and since December 2015, Sion.

A UNIQUE CONCEPT

Stirring natural craft beers in front of customers in a restaurant bar. A generous food menu is served as table service any time together with our cold beers. In a warm, friendly atmosphere with the vibe of a relaxed brasserie with an affordable price policy. Our restaurants are open 7/7.

WE SEEK PREMISES TO CONTINUE THE DEVELOPMENT OF BREWERS

Where ?

In the city centres of major Swiss cities, with high foot traffic locations in busy areas, lunch and dinner. Possibility to consider recreational centres or businesses if they have an important part of leisure and relaxation.

Type of premises:

• Ideally an area between 700 to 1,000 m2

• Ideally located in buildings with strong architectural personality (beautiful building, old factory, warehouse, bank, etc.).

• Outdoor seating available for customers

• Easy customer access, parking, high visibility, are strong assets

LEGAL STRUCTURE

In general, our legal structure is a public limited company (SA).

LEASE TERM

Considering the significant investments, we seek a long term commitment, such as 10 years or more.
