All operations of the production are supervised by a laboratory specialised in brewing. The recipes are jealously kept and scrupulously respected.

Characteristics
We only serve beer produced within our walls to our clients. They take part in the chain of production by drinking it. The brewing facility is an integral part of each establishment. The brewing room and the copper fermenter tanks are the visible signs of the quality of the pure malt beers produced. The ale has not been manipulated with, nor has any conservatives been added. The client receives his/her ale directly from the cellar, without being filtered, at an ideal temperature, fresh and rich in yeast and its aroma that has been preserved. It is a product that comes straight from the brewery.
Of course, our younger clients can choose from among the many non alcoholic drinks we serve, and we also offer a variety of local wines.

The furniture is personalised. Woodwork dominates our huge bar, opposite to the production facility, where a cosy atmosphere welcomes our regulars. Some divided areas have been created for larger gatherings. The more intimate corners are appreciated by smaller groups and couples. Finally, a larger room can host an even more numerous group to enjoy the evening. Everyone will find the place that he or she is looking for, whether among the crowd or in retrieve.

The atmosphere has been made pleasant by the materials used: wood, stone, copper and brass. The production facility is certainly an attraction. On particular occasions, clients can taste special beers, such as spring ales or beers made for festivals.

Finally, our decoration: you will be reminded of a life close to nature by the simplicity of the visible raw ingredients, tools and paintings.
